I gave my landlord notice for January 1st, but since I'm moving out of town, I'm aiming to be out December 1st. I'm helping my landlord attempt to find a new tenant. This place is awesome! It's a newly renovated 3 bedroom upper floor apartment in a 2 apartment duplex. Comes with: o hardwood floors throughout o brand new fridge, stove, dishwasher (incredibly energy efficient) o your own back yard o ample parking o good-hearted nice neighbours living downstairs o HUGE apartment o Free use of the basement for storage. o garden in the back yard. When I moved in, he didn't make me sign a lease for any time frame, and didn't make me pay a last month's deposit -- I'd imagine he'd do the same for someone else. It's steps away from the #18 and #50 busses. #18 goes to St Laurent through downtown all the time, and #50 goes to and from downtown during rush hour (a normal fare bus). |
