The building has all ammenities including a swimming pool c\w sauna, games room, laundry room, party room and a gym. It is located in Kanata Lakes and is close to shopping, restaurants, theatres and the transit station. Pets are allowed within reason (dogs too)! I am a separated male, able to cook and clean for myself. Just looking to share expenses. Female preferred. Available immediately.
