Looking for a tenant for the basement of our South Keys Townhouse. Basement dimensions are 12x17 + 2x6 walk-in closet + small bathroom with shower. New carpet in the basement. Newly redecorated house, with gas heating, stove, microwave, A/c for during the summer. New ceramic floors in the kitchen. Full-size washer and dryer in the basement. Shared with a 4th year male and 3rd year female (both at Carleton), we're taking the top floor. Shared elements are the main floor (kitchen, dining room, living room, powder room) and back yard. Nice grassed area for spring/summer frisbee, etc. Right across from the south keys mall and so close to everything: WalMart, Loblaws, Loeb, Produce Depot, restaurants, pubs, Tim Hortons, Starbucks, 24 hour stores. The list goes on. Live in a house with only 2 other people for $425/mth. No preference for male/female, student or young professional. Please, no smoking in the |
