Great location 5 minutes from Wakefield, 25 minutes to downtown Ottawa, bordering Gatineau Park, with immediate access to hiking/ski/snowshoe trails. Semi-private waterfront. Beautiful views. Big garden. Rents are very reasonable. Shared kitchen, lounge and bath (3 bathrooms). Some storage in basement. Ample parking. No cable. Heat, hydro and propane hot water utilities are shared. Share of utilities totals approximately $100/month. One room is quite small and would make a nice office for someone although it is large enough to live in if one has few possessions ($125/month). Must be committed to renting the room(s) for at least 10 months. No smoking in the house. References required. No pets please - we already have enough (1 dog, 1 cat).
