Thought Id try an ad that emphasizes the low costs of heating since fuel economy is on everyones mind. The place I have for sale (Clayton Lake) has a fairly new (fall 2002) High Efficiency Propane Furnace and (fall 2002) - high end Vermonte Castings wood stove with new chimney. (these two upgrades on my home cost me almost $10,000.00). Possible to save money buy judiciously burning wood. Also...nice southern exposure on the north side of the lake..I get lots of sun through the large south facing windows. THIS WOULD BE A GREAT PLACE TO RETIRE.
