We are renting a room in the basement of our condo/townhouse in South Keys. The location is ideal for almost anyone, being less than a 10 minute walk to the Greenboro O-Train, and a 5-minute walk to the South Keys stop, Wal Mart, 24 hr Shoppers/Tim Hortons/Loeb, Loblaws, Produce Depot, Winners, Chapters, Starbucks, Second Cup, not to mention a lot of decent dining. We're on the corner of Bank and Cahill. The basement include a main room (12x17) with < 1 week old carpeting, a full bathroom (/w shower stall), and a 2x6 closet. There will be new paint on the walls by the end of the week, also. We're renting the room for $425 plus an equal split in bills (cut in 3). I'm looking to combine bills with Rogers to give 15% off everything, as well (phone, long distance, digital cable+movie network, cable internet).
