1 or 2 bedroom apt, house (rather than low/highrise), pref 1st floor, 1000-1400+hydro, avail Oct/Nov/Dec (possibility of earlier or later), Glebe, near Bank St, main living space approx. equiv. 20x20 or larger, 4+ appliances, hdwd/ceramic, recent reno or well-maintained, laundry pref in unit, parking a bonus,1+ bath, lots of closets/storage space, front and back door - pref deck or back yard patio, pref c/a- hot water rads ok if clean, 9/10 ft ceiling, Even better: I like places that are easy to keep clean: hdwd/laminate and ceramic, kitchen splashback, appliances that are easier to clean (I grew up using a smoothtop stove, but don't see them in rentals), no manual defrost freezer, single lever tap, newer kitchen cupboards that are clean and easy to clean.. not painted ones as the paint chips off. Both of us are relatively quiet, no pets, clean, professional, non-smokers, with excellent credit/references. . |
