email below, I forgot to add it in the first posting. Hi, we are looking to rent a house/semi townhome, row or detached in the west end. It must be located within walking distance of a transit station. The house must be in good shape and not rundown. The appliances should be fairly new. We are both fed govt employees with four kids. We are open to a longer term rental agreement to help you ride out the rental slump however the price must be right. If you are asking for more than 1,400 then please disregard.
