Hi! Our place is located in the East end of Ottawa with a 10 minute bus ride to downtown during peak hours (15 to 20 minutes at other times). We are 2 busy but sociable working male & (bilingual) female individuals in our 40s who are seeking a 3rd roommate to share our nicely furnished 3 BDRM townhouse in a quiet, family-oriented neighbourhood and includes A/C, laundry, 2 bathrooms, 2 fridges, front and backyard. $400 all inclusive (Parking is an extra $40 per month). The fully-furnished room comes with: bed, dresser, closet and extras: TV + cable, PC (Pentium II with Windows XP) & printer + highspeed, phone + separate voicemail.
