I have 2 rooms for rent that you can chose frome. one is 350 and the other is 450. Everything is included. Highspeed internet, cable, phone, hydro and gas. There's also laundry in the unit. it's a 3 bedroom duplex unit and currently it's just my bf and me. We're very clean and fairly quiet. let me know if this intrests you.
