Im still trying to sell my PROPERTY and Great Little Home (or Cottage); on the sunny shore (north shore) of Clayton Lake. Right at the end of Johnsons Point (the end of a private road.. very safe location..surrounded by water (270 degrees radius). Perfect Place for the wildlife lover. NOTE: Currently Blue Herons are nesting on my property and the deer are in every evening to sample the garden!!- I have 6 acres of protected class 1 marshland (Iget a tax break for being a good steward of this land) on my property with island and penninsula and 1 acre bushlot across the bay..also..large double lot with 399 ft of proper lake front. When its HOT..I do have an area to swim in the lake..out in front of my dock. There is a gravel bottom in some places..rest is mud bottom. Good Largemouth Bass fishing too. 3 good garden plots and a MILLION DOLLAR VIEW of the lake and the islands..from the yards and from the large south facing |
