A brand new apartment condo with 2 bedrooms (ensuited bath in the master bedroom) and a den (study room) available for rent from Oct 1st. The building is located in a very nice area close to the intersection of Merivale & Meadowlands, just right behind the future shop and Best Buy on the Merivale Rd. The building is walking distance (3-5mins walk) to the big shopping area, and very convenient place to live, especially for the seniors. The shopping area has all grocery stores (loblaws, loeb, farmboy) and also different cloth and houseware stores. Since the place is brand new built (I just bought it), all the applicances are brand new as well. The living room has all high-quality maple hardwood floor with carpets in both bedrooms. Central air-conditioning and gas heating. The reason I am renting out this new condo is because I am leaving for Toronto to work for a short period of time. This is not really a renting |
