Hi! We are in the East end of Ottawa but the bus stops at our back door and which takes 2 or 3 minutes to get to the transitway (10 minute walk). It takes about 20 minute by bus downtown from here during normal hours. There are peak hour buses that stop here go right to downtown in 10 to 15 minutes. We are 2 working male & female individuals in our 40s who are seeking a 3rd roommate to share our 3 bedroom townhouse in a quiet, family-oriented neighbourhood. The furnished room comes with: TV + cable, PC (Pentium II with Windows XP) & printer + highspeed, phone and separate voicemail. The furnished house comes with A/C, laundry, 2 fridges, front and back yard, finished basement. The bathroom is shared with both upstairs female tenants. The other bathroom is located in the basement tenant's room and is available if necessary. Parking is $40 extra. Otherwise everything for $400. Currently |
