A brand new apartment condo with 2 bedrooms (ensuited bath in the master bedroom) and a den available for rent on Oct 1st. The building is located in a very nice area close to the intersection of Merivale & Meadowlands, just right behind the future shop and Best Buy on the Merivale Rd. The building is walking distance (3-5mins walk) to the big shopping area, and very convenient place to live, especially for the seniors. Since the place is brand new (I just bought it), all the applicances are brand new as well. The living room has all maple hardwood floor with carpets in both bedrooms.
