My name is Eric and I am looking to rent a house in the Ottawa area for my family. (Me, wife and baby). (2 year lease) We need something with a minimum of 2 bedrooms, a driveway that can accommodate 2 vehicles and must be clean and presentable. I can do renovations and work on the house as well as maintaining the property. The max we can afford is $1100/month + utils. We have all our own appliances. The reason I am looking to rent a home is I am going through a bankruptcy due to a business not working out. We both have steady jobs and my wife has very good credit.
