We are 2 working male & female individuals who are seeking a 3rd roommate to share our 3 bedroom townhouse in a quiet, family-oriented neighbourhood. The furnished room comes with: TV + cable, PC & printer + highspeed, phone and separate voicemail. The furnished house comes with A/C, laundry, 2 fridges, front and back yard, finished basement. $440 all inclusive with parking. Bus stop is at back door, 10 minute walk to Gloucester mall and Innes Road outdoor mall (McDonalds, Swiss Chalet etc.) Currently seeking a female who is cat-friendly. (We have 3 cats in total).We are busy people who have many things on the go but like to relax in front of the TV at night. I get up very early (my hours vary) and he stays up late and gets up late. We have a home environment of respect and open communication among housemates. We're looking for someone who will fit in with our personalities but has their own life which keeps them busy. |
