Summer sublet from July 1 to August 31 then option to renew 1 year lease in Sept. The room is across the street from Greenboro transitway station and South Keys shopping center (Loblaws, Blockbuster, Staples, Future Shop, Restaurants etc) It is a bright 10' x 12' room with hardwood floors and a pretty large closet. The room is in a quiet shared townhouse with 4 students (2 male and 2 female). There is high speed internet and cable TV in the room(included in rent). You will have full use of kitchen and laundry facilities (Washer/dryer). There is also a dining room and large living room in the house. The kitchen has all appliances (Stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc). There is also small backyard. 7 minutes on the Otrain to Carleton 15-20 minutes on bus (#97) to U of O Rent is $380/month + utilities, but may be negotiable for the summer months. |
