Hello, I have a two bedroom apartment located on Besserer right rear Ottawa U for rent. There is one bedroom for rent, the rent is $875 a month which works out to $437.50 each a month, it would be from Sept. until May. You could also move in anytime after August 27. The rent includes water, hot water, and hydro, the extra costs would be internet, cable, and telephone if you were interested. The apartment is very secure and very clean. It is in walking distance to Ottawa U, the market, rideau center, and two grocery stores. It is a large apartment and very nice. It has two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, large living room, and dining area. There would be one girl living here, and she attends Ottawa U.
