Summer sublet (June 15 to August 31 -- Option to renew lease in Sept.) It is across the street from Greenboro transitway station and South Keys shopping center (Loblaws, Blockbuster, Staples, Future Shop, Restaurants etc) in a bright 10' x 12' room with hardwood floors. The room is in a quiet shared townhouse with 4 students (male and female). The room has high speed internet and cable TV (included in rent). You would have full use of kitchen and laundry facilities. There is a dining room and large living room also in the house. The eat in kitchen includes all appliances (Stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc). There is also small backyard, but we have yet to have added a BBQ (it would be nice)!! 7 minutes on the Otrain to Carleton 15 on bus (#97) to U of O Rent is $380/month + utilities, but may be negotiable for the summer months.
