Use of whole house. Completely furnished or have room for your furniture if you have some. House has 2.5 bathrms, hardwood, ceramic tiles on main floor, very private backyd, deck, patio, a/c, all necessary appliances including dishwasher, gas heat, within 10 min. walk to South Keys mall, 2-3 min. to strip malls. Transit nearby. Short bus ride to Carleton U., Algonquin College, Ottawa U., downtown or to hop on the Queensway. Parking could be available for small car. House is on a very quiet crescent. $465/mth + shared utilities. Heat, hydro and water = $70.00/tenant/month. |
