Looking for a tidy, quiet and very reliable roommate with whom to share a very nice, spacious apartment, situated in an older subdivded house, in New Edinburgh, for July 1. The owners require the signing of a 6 month lease, as well as payment of last month's rent. I'm a non-smoker, but outside smoking would be okay, however, no drugs please. I'm nice, quiet, considerate and pretty handy. I own a friendly, well-behaved cat, as well. The apartment is mostly furnished. All that is missing is your bedroom furniture, a sofa and maybe a few chairs. And luxury of luxuries, the livingroom opens onto a large terrace. New Edinburgh is an amazing neighbourhood! All kinds of shops and services are situated within a maximum of 10 minutes walking distance. OC Transpo buses 1, 3, 5, 7 stop nearby.
