Hi, I'm looking for a tidy, quiet and very reliable roommate with whom to share a very nice, spacious apartment, situated in an older subdivded house, asap. 3rd floor apartment is large and sunny, and is situated in New Edinburgh. (Near Beechwood Ave., between Vanier and Rockliffe Park - Nice!) Rent of $900.00 to be split in two: $450.00 each (not including hydro or telephone, cable or internet). Laundry room is situated in the basement. I'm a non-smoker, but outside smoking would be okay, however, no drugs please. I'm nice, quiet, considerate and pretty handy. I own a friendly, well-behaved cat, as well. Je parle français, aussi. The apartment is mostly furnished. All that is missing is your bedroom furniture, a sofa and maybe a kitchen table and chairs. And luxury of luxuries, the livingroom opens onto a large terrace. New Edinburgh is an amazing neighbourhood! All kinds of shops and services |
