Im selling (privately) my 1 bedroom home on Clayton Lake (30 to 35 minute drive to Corel Center). It is abt 8 miles west of ALMONTE.. House has a nice big living room and kitchen; 1 bedroom upstairs and 1 down in the basement (nice dry basement).199 FT of shoreline sufficiently deep and weed free (gravel bottom) to allow some swimming. Relatively close to the deep channel with access to both Clayton Lake and Taylor Lake. New hi efficiency propane furnace, new duct work in house, new Vermonte Castings wood stove and new chimney. When I say new..all were installed in the fall of 2002 by contractors. Good well and septic. Lots of land and green space. 9.1 acres to be exact. Lots of gardening spaces and two sections with bush. 1 section of bush is sufficiently isolated from the subdivison ..as to be useful for hunting deer and wild turkeys or ducks. Lots of deer. In fact..in the winter it is a deer yard. Access is by private road.. |
