First of all, even if you interview the people, you can never be sure. Afterall, people put on their best during an interview and only let you see what they want you too. Second of all, I said the site was secure. I never said anywhere that it was 100%. No security feature is 100% and to believe that it is, is just naive. Weeding out questionable people is what makes the site secure. Anyone can post in a usenet group, just as you have. However, not everyone can post in the Yahoo Group. Not everyone can purchase an ad in a newspaper. By approving all applications for those who subscribe the group and approving the posts, that in itself makes the site more secure. It's more secure than posting a piece of paper on a pole. It's more secure than posting your add on a newsgroup. This group can provide more of a security than other avenues. If |
