Hello, I live in a very well-located, two-level, four-bedroom apartment in Downtown Ottawa (Somerset W.) I am looking to rent out the upper level (2 rooms) to one person, with shared kitchen and bathroom. The 2 rooms are furnished in a bedroom and livingroom /office setup. Ideal for a short-term stay (co-op students etc). I am a professional, clean, quiet and responsible female non-smoker looking for the same. I am 29 and would prefer to live with someone who is over 25, but that is negotiable - basically I would prefer someone mature. No pets please. Rent is $600/month (which might be negotiable) and includes heat, hydro, cable, phone (incl. long distance anytime within North America) and wireless Internet access. Laundry facilities in building.
