Hello all, As per subjet, I have a duplex for sale. 1 x 3 bedrooms (1100sf) and 1 x 1 bedroom (750sf). It is located about 5 minutes walk from the Masson fair & around the block from bus stops. About 5 minutes drive to Buckingham & about 15 minutes to Gatineau. The exterior is brick for the front and vinyl for the other walls. There is a bay window at the front each appartment. The basement appartment has been renovated with ceramic and laminated flooring as well as fully painted about 1.5 years ago (current tennant is a non-smoker and very clean). The basement windows are nearly 3 feet high (lots of light) & except for the steps at the entrance, it does not feel like a basement appartment. The 3 bedroom appartment has vinyl flooring and carpets which are in good condition. The appartment will be painted this summer. The place is a 5 minute walk to a school. The owner could move |
