Hi, I have rented a spacious 1-bedroom apartment in a newly modeled building Richmond Square 1 (300 Regina Street North) on 12th floor. It has a very spacious drawing room and an extra large bedroom. There is a south-facing balcony with a nice panoramic view. I (male, 27 yrs) would be living there alone from now to Feb 28, 2006 and would like to sublet the drawing room to another male. I would be staying in the bedroom and we will share the kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is well furnished. The move-in and move-out dates are a bit flexible. I am asking for $350/month. This includes the utilities like water, electricity, heating, TV, high-speed internet. You're welcome to share all of this. There are recreational facilities like pool table, swimming pool, gym, racquet ball courts for you to use for free. The laundry facilities are available in the basement. |
