Hello, I am a clean male first-year Computer Science student seeking a place to stay for the Spring and Fall terms. I am interested in renting this place you have, however I have a few questions. Are the rooms still available? Is it possible to take a look at the place? Do you need first / last months rent? When would I be able to move in, if I were to rent the place. What papers do I have to sign if any? How does the lease work? Will the rent change in the fall term?
