Bikes on planes

I just flew Air India from Chicago to Frankfurt for $550, ticket good for up to six months, bought it via www.skyauction.com. I was looking for a direct flight, less chance to damage the bike. Air India did not charge extra for the bike. A small checked package with tools went on to India, but they said we should be reunited shortly. First time with Air India and I was favorably impressed. Not the newest planes, but the curry was good and the film was not Bollywood. Steve . |
