Port Royale is at the opposite corner of the 6th. Walking time would be about 30 minutes over, popping in looking around and walking back. I walk regularly, part of my 10,000 steps a day regime. I would guess that to be about 2 km over, 2 km back which is about 10,000 steps. I have never taken the RER Port Royale, and remember the Luxembourg RER as having escalators. When we take the RER to CDG, we usually take the metro line directly to the Gare du Nord. That route involves escalators. |
