I'm one of those lucky people who can find something to enjoy even when things go wrong (so long as they don't go too badly wrong). I'm not suggesting that much went wrong on this trip. I agree that it is difficult to preserve beautiful places in their original state once tourists have discovered them. All we can hope is that in adapting for tourism, the people of a place don't develop things inappropriately. -- PB |
