Beachy Head and the Seven Sisters, a walk over chalk cliffs, I'll rephrase that a walk along chalk cliffs :-) Somerset, Devon and Cornwall have nice coastal scenery and pretty villages if you dont mind a longish drive, you could get to the Lizard Pennisula via Stonehenge in one day (start before the rush hour, its worth the effort). If you get proper OS maps you could go on mostly back roads and discover lots of nice little places.
