My last two days seem to prove that finding good food can also be very cheap. I went for lunch to the colombian place in Soho I'd been to before. (Las Palmitas.) Our only mistake was ordering the carrot and coriander soup, as it meant we ended up eating too much! The soup was the equal of what I make at home, and it's a bit of a speciality of mine. So far, so good. My partner had the tongue 'platter' (very succulent)- I went for pork cutlets, but I can vouch the tongue is out of this world- I had it a few months ago when I was there. |
