I liked Mostar very much even though it was blasted to buggery; I might get to like Sarajevo more if I spent longer there but for some reason the place kept reminding me of London (which I really, really detest) - lots of brusque self-important people, lots of unnecessary grime. > But I don't think the Croatians were all good guys; my impression > is that they didn't get such a bad press because the Serbs cornered > that market. |
