anyone been to bari port/station?

Hello to all, I have a question on Bari. A friend is returning from vacation in croatia. She arrives at midnight to Bari via ferry. After she must take the next train for Rome, at 5:00am,i.e. 5 hours after. she will be flying home from rome. I have read that the Bari port is 2km away from the station. She has asked me is it more pleasent to wait for the 5 hours in the port terminal, or in station? is there anything open in the station at those hours (internet cafe/take away etc)? thanks, Chev . |
