Would you make something up? Or would you just stay quiet? Like it or not, it is hsi rgiht to be quiet, and if he were in the US awaiting trial, he would have even less reason to talk "anything you say, can and will be used against you"....... what does he have to hide? Nothing at all, what does he have to prove, nothing? Aruba will take him to court one day, and the kid isnt stupid, why should he help in his own prosecuion. I, for one, would be quiet as hell and offer no help whatsoever to the police in a similar situation, there are likely a thousand people right now in tennesee or alabama, who are refusing to coop with the authorities....this kid is no different..... . |
