Hi all, It is great to dream, especially when you have been blessed with enough where-with-all to any thing you (think) you wish. As an alternative, why not retire in your native country, and visit the Caribbean, when you desire- -you could truly have the best of both worlds. I have been retired almost 21 years now, I have been to most of the islands (of any size) in the Caribbean, as well as all of the Central American Countries. I was in San Juan in Oct 04, and returned from Cancun, Mexico two weeks ago- - - - -DO YOU KNOW, what the greatest part of any of these trips were - - -coming home! I go on these trips because I am expected to- -because I don't want to sit here and wait for the grim reaper. When you pass about 70 you no longer want (or able) to do all these beach things, hiking, biking, even walking long distances is a chore. What if, I had done this 21 years ago. My friend would have forgotten |
