The reason for it of course is free local calls, with the cell numbering scheme not being separate. It's a bit bizarre, really. The caller ought to always pay [be it sending SMS or voice or whatever]. If it were the case, then the roaming charges fiasco would be much easier to exterminate. -- Ken Tough . |
