Grand Cayman is expensive. Consider Roatan as an option. You will enjoy the snorkeling and the beaches are beautiful. http://www.fantasyislandresort.com/us/ I have been there 4 times and I enjoyed it. Very quiet, nice beach, good food, the diving and the snorkeling was good. Paya Bay Resort is very peaceful and quiet. I stayed there because I am a nudist and they have a private beach. If you are not into that, I am not sure you would enjoy it. There is nothing to do there. It is popular with honeymooners, from what I hear. This resort only has 7 rooms. The food was very good. http://www.payabay.com/ This place is inexpensive. I do not know much about it, since I did not stay there.
