I don't think anyone would buy it sight unseen, which is why there is an email address for anyone with further questions. I have a contact person in the area who will be happy to show it to any interested parties. As for owning property in Belize, I'm a US citizen and I own this parcel. When I purchased the land, a foreign national could own up to ten acres in a rural area without a permit to own more. The Belizean government has a website that provides information to foreign nationals. |
