IIRC, hard liquor on Anguilla cost just about the same in EC$ as it does here in the U.S. in US$. Just go out to Tropical Flower on Long Road and stock up. They'll even carry it out to the car for you, if you wish. The European mind-set is not so puritanically hung up on liquor as here in the U.S. You just don't see the sin-tax approach to pricing. Just enjoy yourself in St. Martin and don't get bogged down with hauling bottles around. JMO Jonesy -- |
