Come on Don, I though you got around better than that.... Windsurfing in Aruba is at Fisherman's Huts, which is at the very end (Marriott end) of Palm Beach. If you get in the area, and it's a decent windy day, you can't miss the windsurfers. (And early or late in the day, Kitesurfers.) Aruba has generally been considered the 'capital' of Caribbean windsurfing, but Bonaire is growing in popularity. We've been to both (windsurfing) and both are great, but different.
