It's apparently an Irish business with office services in Maryland. The "chief" might be Kathleen Peddicord, but there's at least one affiliated business entity called The Soverign Society whose Chairman is John Pugsley - and which evidently shares the mailing list. In the same envelope appears an incredible (take that any way you like) opportunity to buy a Wind Power document for only $375, prepared by "Sven Lorenz, Global Profit Hunter". In carefully chosen words, it describes what appears to be an opportunity to earn up to 868% returns by investing alongside Warren Buffet's $323M and GE's $250M in the "secret energy" sector.
