If I get the real estate license to work as a real estate agent to sale homes, do I have to work under brokerage (broker) name ? for example under ReMax, RoyalPage etc? if yes how do I get paid?? Do they (brokers) share the commission with agents? Or the agents must pay something to broker to get the name that to work under? if yes, then how much roughly speaking an agent must pay his/her broker? If an agent is not selling, would the broker pressure the agent to do more sale etc. Can an agent work as independent? Do the brokers help their agents to find homes (help networking etc).
