Ever notice that there is a direct colleration to taxes going up at the municipal and provincial levels when the federal government has huge surplies? and that provinicial governments download their funding shortfall by underfunding municipalities.. thus forcin them to raise taxes. And the populace, moslty whine and scream and bitch at the poor local politicians, while not bothering to hold provincial and federal politicians who are DIRCTLY responsible for teh municipal tax increase. . |
