The easiest way to beat Philadelpha's UTTERLY CORRUPT Parking Authority System is VERY simple...... Stay the hell out of Philadelphia unless you really have to go there. They can run all the touchy-feelie-good tourist promos they want till doomsday. All they want to do is lure you in there so they can get your cash via their corrupt fine systems. I have actually watched PPA nazis standing on the corner with ticket book in hand waiting for the second a parking meter runs out like vultures. Once was enough for me. I was 3 minutes late on the meter and was ticketed. The bastard wouldn't even cut me some slack. That's fine. Then they wonder why we folks from the outlying counties don't bother comming into the city for ANY reason unless we have to. F-ck off Philly! You screwed us, now we'll hold back our purchases and patronage to you as well. . |
