Still seeking a small furnished efficiency or studio apt for one person, Sept through October 2005, possibly extended into Nov. I do need parking and utilities included, but I am not seeking extensive or luxury amenities. I will be starting a new job that is temporarily located in Reading, and I am seeking to avoid a daily weekday commute from my current home in downtown Philadelphia. The job is later relocating here. I am a mature, non-smoking, quiet technical professional and have a budget of around $500 per month for this. My employer is paying for it. I will be happy to meet and provide good references. . |
