Hello All!! I am in the final stages of marketing program for my local realtors & I'd like to get some realtors opinions. These may be dangerous questions to ask but... I'm asking them, anyway. 1. As agents what are the top things you look for in the mortgage company you refer your clients to? 2. What will cause you to refer another client to a new mortgage company? 3. What will cause you to not refer another client to a mortgage company you have used in the past. 4. What are the top 3 things that you like about the mortgage company you are currently your clients to? 5.
