I'm a Realtor and as such belong to a Realtor association. Namely the National Association of Realtors. Also, individual Realtors are regarded by the IRS and Local Government as a business or to be more precise "independent contractors." Under the CAN-SPAM Act, am I required to provide a physical address and a means to unsubscribe if the e-mail is sent to fellow members of an association, as well as it being a business to business communication? I know many companies who sell things to Realtors join our association just so they can market to the members. Many thanks, Rene . |
