I would say (as a mortgage broker) you need to look at your deed, mortgage, note. Who signed. In the state of florida you cant buy a primary without your spouse on it. I imagine you bought it as a second home and she may or may not have been on the paperwork. If she isnt, it would seem to me (and this is in no way legal advice) it is yours to sell. If you hold it jointly however, you do own and control 50% of it. You can sell your half. And, if you sell it at a discount, I know people who would be happy to buy your half. They would consider moving in with your wife.
